The times they are a-changin’ here in the showroom! We’ve just had some temporary walls built to set the scene for 2 new mono-brand settings from B&B Italia and Maxalto which will be on display from 1st June. To express our excitement (but mainly to make some space), we’re offering generous discounts on some existing display pieces from Vitra, Fritz Hansen, Bocci & more…
The Drop chairs from Fritz Hansen were originally designed by Arne Jacobsen in 1958 for the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel in Copenhagen. Only 50 were produced for the hotel but they were relaunched in 2014 and are now in regular production.
Some of the colours seen above have now been discontinued and will be difficult to source, however we’re selling them at 50% off!

Also on offer from Fritz Hansen are the Sammen chairs. These dining chairs were launched just last year at Salone Del Mobile in Milan and are upholstered in a lovely woven Kvadrat fabric.

The Bocci 14.14 is a lighting piece made up of 14 fixed individual cast glass spheres with LED lamps hanging from a rectangular canopy. As beautiful as it is, it’s been in the Tangram showroom for over 7 years so it’s time to make way for something new!

This Vitra dining set is a lovely mix of materials with a pastel colour palette. The EM table was designed by Jean Prouvé in 1950 and has a solid wood top. The chairs (from R-L) are the Standard, Eames Plastic Side Chair, Jill, HAL Wood, Basel & Tip Ton which all work together to achieve an intentionally mismatched look.

We raved about the launch of the amazing Moooi Carpets just a few months ago in a previous blog post (read here). However, as much as we love the printed carpets, we’ll be having B&B Italia and Maxalto rugs to complete the new mono-brand settings so we’re offering over 30% off these two designs.

Lastly, we have the Flap System Suspension light from Artemide that runs the length of the showroom. This is an indirect linear uplight with an aluminium body painted metallic grey. The current length is just over 9m, however it can be taken apart and rebuilt to an appropriate size.
