What safety procedures do Tangram have in place for my appointment?

The health and safety of our clients and employees is our top priority.  This document details the steps that both parties need to take to minimise the risks associated with Coronavirus (COVID-19). Based on government guidelines, we have made several changes to the way we work to protect the well being of our clients and employees.

Clients should only attend appointments if they and their household are free of Coronavirus symptoms.

We will ask for names and contact details for all clients visiting the showroom.

Face coverings must be worn throughout your time in the showroom.

On arrival at the Tangram showroom, please use the facilities at the sanitising station at the front door. There is a supply of hand sanitiser and face masks if you do not have your own.

The designer will wear face covering and maintain strict social distancing measures during your appointment. If the designer needs to discuss details, for example looking at drawings or samples, which means that you may be closer than 2 metres then this should be for as short a time as possible.

When the designer and clients are discussing fabrics and finishes it will be necessary to minimise contact with the samples. Where possible personal samples will be ordered for clients.

Similarly drawings and any sample boards will be emailed to clients after the meeting.

After all visits any samples or surfaces that have been touched will be sanitised by Tangram staff. Where we cannot clean surfaces we will quarantine products for 48 hours.

After the meeting and as you leave the showroom, please sanitise your hands.
