A highly respected golf club and the oldest course in Edinburgh (currently celebrating 125 years) this project was a joy to work on.
Tangram got involved in space planning, project management, and specified and supplied all of the contemporary breakout furniture, lighting, curtains and blinds.
The focus was to maximise the functionality of the space, improve the ambience and in turn encourage an increase in revenue for Mortonhall.
Tangram used predominantly Billiani furniture, an Italian manufacturer offering timber seating at an affordable price. Practicality and appearance are core for Billiani and this aligned exactly with Mortonhall’s requirements.
It was vital the finished look would be stylish yet subtle, appealing to a number of tastes and suitable for a diverse range of events. Since project completion, Mortonhall has seen a huge increase in bookings for the space, which we are delighted to hear.
