We Are Now Closed for the Festive Holidays - We Will Return on Wednesday 3rd January at 10am - We Look Forward to Seeing You in the New Year!

T-10 days - the countdown is on to get your home Christmas-ready!  We've put together a few furnishings that could perfect your festive setting...

Swedese's Tree can add a very subtle wintery feel.  The versatile product can easily hold its own or works well with some decorative fairy lights to create a more Christmas-like setting. The  Tree is available in a variety of colours and is shown below in white in one of our show apartments for Quartermile, Edinburgh.

SHOW APPARTMENT PLOT 228

We're continuing our work with Quartermile in furnishing the stunning luxury show apartments.  Our most recent apartment is in the City Meadow area which is the latest phase of the development to be released.

With the unveiling of the limited edition Egg™ chair and Jaime Hayon's restoration of Arne Jacobsen's original designs in the iconic SAS Royal Hotel, things have been particularly Fritzy of late. To tickle your Tangram fancy this week we thought we'd stick to this main theme but discuss a different Fritz-filled hotel (did someone say alliteration?)

Today's house tour comes to you courtesy of one of our favourite Italian manufacturers. As the only retailer in Scotland to supply B&B Italia, we thought it was only fitting to showcase this stunning rural home decked out in some of the brand's latest pieces.

One of our favourite blogs for interior inspiration is Design Files, the perfect place to soak up some Australian design. The home of interior designer Paul Hecker caught our eye because of the beautiful mix of Scandinavian style with sleek, Italian furniture. The effect is a contemporary style that is elegant but still feels at home in a sunny, relaxed environment such as St Kilda, Melbourne.

The 265 light from Flos is one of the many articulated wall lights we have been seeing lately. There is a real trend for these flexible extending lights, but the 265 from Flos has quickly claimed a place in our hearts. It seems to have a unique ability to work in almost any space, with its simple, elegant design.

Save space and automatically increase the style in any room with creative alternatives. Both the BOLD hotel in Munich and this charming Swedish home have thought ahead. By placing pendant lights over bedside tables, they have allowed room for actually important things like those five books you still want to finish reading. BOLD hotel Munich Swedish house flos
