Fronda Stool – Mattiazzi
Designed by Sam Hecht and Kim Colin. Fronda is available both as a stool and chair. Both versions integrate a unique ‘shelf’ as part of its structure, that reflects the modern conditions of home, office and hospitality. It lets a sitter place their bag underneath them in a cafe; resting books in an office; or a glass of water by the bed. Its materiality is also progressive – combining steel and Pine wood that are both responsibly sourced. The result is a progression in the typology of a chair and a stool.
